Jose Umberto Jr.'s personal project, this coffee is a specially processed coffee that tastes as cool as it sounds. He starts by collecting the best cherries from the farm and then puts them into a fermentation tank with a special orange peel formula to process. This is done in cold water so that the fermentation is more controlled, and the result is a fantastic coffee that tastes incredibly sweet and hints at the oranges used to create it.
